Team PCS
- All PCS janitorial staff are direct employees, not subcontractors.
- Our janitorial staff is screened, trained, supervised and monitored on a regular basis.
- Employee background checks are available upon customer's request for high security and sensitive accounts.
- All PCS employees follow strict company policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA and State regulations.
- All new employees work closely with a supervisor for a minimum of three months and must successfully complete our company safety procedures and janitorial training program before they are assigned to their areas of responsibility.
- PCS carries worker's compensation insurance, liability insurance and is fully bonded.
- Our janitorial staff wears uniforms to allow them to be easily identified by anyone who is in contact with them.
- All PCS janitorial personnel are grouped by geographic area and have an assigned Team Group Leader and Senior Supervisor. All team members are cross-trained to be ready to cover for any last minute emergencies, employee vacations and/or sick leave.
- All PCS staff carries cellular phones and can be contacted at any time during their service.
- At PCS we have a highly efficient communication systems. PCS janitorial staff is required to report facility related issues or out of the ordinary events that could potentially affect the customer's facility and/or the occupants of their building.
