Professional Cleaning Systems recognizes the importance of maintaining good communication with all of our customers, paying attention to their particular needs and making every effort to fulfill their expectations. PCS takes a proactive approach to account management by keeping our customers informed, via telephone or e-mail, of any facility related issues that could affect them, their facility and/or the occupants of their buildings.

 

All janitorial personnel are required to report daily to our administrative staff in order to receive instructions on new account requirements and/or follow up on existing requirements in their areas of responsibility. Any feedback or concerns are immediately documented and communicated to customers and everyone involved with the account.

 

A customer service representative will maintain on-going contact with our customers informing them of any upcoming scheduled services, new specialty maintenance requirements such as carpet cleaning, floor care, window washing or required facility repairs including electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.

 

At PCS we are never satisfied until you are; a customer service representative will assist you with any of your
requirements and make sure they are documented, followed through and taken care of.
