Professional Cleaning Systems, a San Jose Area janitorial service, specializes in building maintenance, porter services, floor stripping and waxing, power washing, window washing, carpet cleaning, construction clean up, bio hazard services, janitorial supplies and more.

As part of our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, Professional Cleaning Systems has developed efficient systems of communication.

Professional Cleaning Systems operations and management personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A customer service representative is available during business hours Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. However, we know that issues arise after regular hours. In those cases, customers can reach us after hours through e-mail, cellular phones or by completing a Service Request form, which can be transmitted to us via FAX or e-mail.

All janitorial personnel are required to report daily to our office to receive instructions on new requirements or concerns in their areas of responsibility. An assigned supervisor ensures that all service requests, problems, complaints, or any emergencies are resolved immediately.

We maintain ongoing contact with all our customers, informing them of any maintenance requirements needed in their buildings, such as electrical, plumbing, repairs, etc. We also inform them of extra janitorial services they may require, such as carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, etc.
