At Professional Cleaning Systems, quality is our number one concern. We use a system of procedures and communications to ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of the industry.

Over the years, we have discovered that our “hands-on” management approach, coupled with the development of an involved and interested work force, has resulted in drastically reducing the number of recurring problems and the amount of direct involvement by the customer.

Cleaning is our business. That’s why we assign lead supervisors to each account to perform regular inspections of our work. These qualified cleaning professionals are also able to provide extra services, such as carpet spot cleaning, high dusting, scrubbing of bathroom floors, etc. and handle any emergencies that may occur.

Backing up our lead supervisors are Quality Assurance Managers who also provide regular inspections, which are regularly reviewed by the entire Operations management team. Any and all issues are noted and corrected within 24 hours.

To facilitate communications, we use inspection forms to detail all findings. If there are any areas to be addressed, they are reported to the Operations Manager for immediate correction.

The janitor responsible for the area is immediately notified of the situation and provided a copy of the written inspection report. We take whatever actions are necessary to avoid any recurrence of the problem. Once the issue is corrected, it is recorded in our follow-up procedure logs.
