When you work with Professional Cleaning Systems (PCS), your facility is cleaned and managed by our direct, bonded employees, not sub-contractors or day workers! Not only are employees fully bonded, we carry liability and worker’s compensation insurance, and pay EDD and Social Security taxes.

All of this means you’re protected from any liabilities or worker’s compensation claims and are in compliance with OSHA and State regulations.

Our highly successful hiring and recruiting program, combined with competitive wages and benefits within our industry, help us screen and retain a sufficient number of satisfied and reliable employees.

All janitorial staff are required to participate in an intensive training program to comply with all company and OSHA requirements. Employees are then supervised, monitored and supported by our management team, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

To help us cover for emergencies, all employees are cross-trained. We also maintain a pool of back-up personnel.

To assist you with maintaining security, all PCS employees wear identification badges and company uniforms, so you can easily identify them, even from a distance.

Employee drug-testing and background checking are available for security-sensitive accounts.
